Following a short availability back in April, this cartography software collection has returned for a limited time available until Dec. 2. Described as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by ProFantasy Software over the years, the entire collection carries a value of more than thirteen hundred dollars. Additionally, there exist multiple package options available here.
The big draw is certainly permanent access to the CC3+ software, an industry-standard mapping application which enables users to generate various types including epic fantasy landscapes, detailed regional charts, city maps, and most notably, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.
An imaginative landscape chart generated in the CC3+ software platform.
The most affordable option, starting at just one dollar, features merely four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Castle Source Maps, and Source Maps: Cities!. This package suits cartographers who already have CC3+, yet it provides fresh fantasy design elements for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.
The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars offers enhanced value through inclusion of a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from the company's ongoing subscription program featuring a variety CC3+ add-ons including map packs and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping comprises 760 pages for beginners and "power users" alike, full of tips and tutorials for the map-making process.
Starting at thirty dollars, the 39-item bundle contains these components:
All 17 volumes from the Annual series are included here, alongside a slew of other resource and asset packs enabling creators to design entire planets or galaxies, or just go all-in on traditional fantasy world-building: battle maps, underground complexes, cities, and continents from almost any perspective. Users can also create character illustrations. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the complete collection offers tremendous value, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously an even better deal for cartography beginners since it includes introductory guides to help you get started. The sole limitation is that while the purchase is available across platforms, the software is only usable on Windows.
Similar to previous bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, that's Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response. Package customization options appear near the page top, though users may also choose any amount for a donation in the right-hand section. There's also an "Adjust Donation" drop-down just below that, enabling adjustment of the distribution percentage allocated between the platform, developer, and charity.
